Scope Kitchen, primary and guest baths, laundry
RWA Builders renovated the Oceano house in San Clemente from the kitchen through the primary bath, guest bath and laundry. A folding window over the kitchen counter opens onto a tiled outdoor counter, so the kitchen serves the yard directly.
Arched openings repeat through the kitchen, hall, primary bath and vanity nook. The guest bath pairs glazed tile walls with a checkerboard shower floor and an irregular stone floor. The laundry is finished in patterned tile with an apron-front sink.
