”I first met Reid Anderson through Chris Wyman and was introduced to the quality of work of RWA Builders, Inc. About a year later my family proceeded to initiate planning for a major remodel of a beach cottage in The Village of Laguna Beach. Our architect had worked with RWA in the past so we brought Reid on board with some of his major subcontractors to facilitate the scope of the remodel, what needed to be done and the general method for how it needed to be accomplished.

This was a 16-month construction project. The overall quality of work was exceptional by RWA and all the subcontractors. Reid’s construction management endeavors were outstanding. Communication with Reid was seamless. On-site inspection by the owner and the owners’ representative attested to the quality of work and the ease of communication with Reid, his employees and the subcontractors. Tanya Anderson came on board with RWA to facilitate interior design with a wealth of experience and contacts. Tanya was very instrumental in the ease we experienced selecting tile, countertops, cabinets, fixtures, etc.

Since our remodel was finished, we have seen the results of another remodel done by RWA nearby in The Village. Awesome results.
