Enduring homes. Thoughtfully built.

RWA builds custom homes and whole-home renovations along coastal Orange County, from Newport Beach to San Clemente, California. We work closely with homeowners, architects, and interior designers, bringing hands-on building expertise and steady attention to scope, schedule, and budget.

Tanya and Reid bring a human point of view to RWA’s work: thoughtful collaboration, candid conversations, and care for the homes we build.
